Equity Summit is an invitation-only gathering that brings together thought-leading LPs and GPs for intimate, off-the-record conversations that drive industry change, resulting in more investments in women and under-represented minority GPs and founders.
Participants are a diverse set of LPs representing endowments, foundations, funds of funds and family offices, and GPs representing leading new firms and mature existing funds.
Equity Summit is capped at 150 participants to foster engaging conversations and space for meaningful connections. Each year, we curate an attendee list that represents our desired mix of new, emerging fund managers and GPs at established funds, ensuring fresh perspectives and fostering connections across a dynamic and evolving investment landscape.
Organizers
Equity Summit was founded by three accomplished women who have lived and worked in technology for the past decade — as engineers, heads of product, and as founders.
As they began their investment careers, they observed that women and under-represented minority partners have not had the same access to the venture capital ecosystem as men. Collectively, they determined that the best way to change that, was to create a high level forum for discussion, to address these issues, and begin to forge important relationships between GPs and LPs.

The closest airport to Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa is the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), which is located approximately 15 miles away and a 30 minute drive to the resort.
Alternate airports include the Ontario International Airport (ONT) which is located 85 miles away and a 90 minute drive or Los Angeles International Airport which is 140 miles away and at least a two hour and 30 minute drive.
